Broken Glass Jars (on arrival through post/freight)
We do our best to safely pack honey jars for every order however sometimes they break on their journey through Australia Posts or Aramex's mailing system. If this is the case please take a photo and email it through to orders@goldfieldshoney.com and we'll mail out a replacement jar as soon as possible. Alternatively we can organise a refund of the money used to purchase the broken honey jar.
All we want at the end of the day is for all our customers to enjoy the best honey in Australia.

Damaged Product (on arrival through post/Aramex)
If your jar or lid is noticeably damaged in any way upon arrival please take a photo and email it through to orders@goldfieldshoney.com and we will assess the damage to find the best solution.

Somethings Wrong / Other Concerns
If you suspect somethings not quite right with the product you've purchase please email your concerns through to orders@goldfieldshoney.com.
If your concern is valid we may organise a replacement or refund, terms and conditions apply.
